LEAD Award is a niche one, and a first of its kind, strategically targeted at rewarding deserving sons and daughters of Ondo State which has the sobriquet Sunshine State.

The awards will hold yearly in Ondo State, and will feature recipients from different categories such as 

Information Technology as well as those indigenes in the diaspora, whose works are worthy of applause.

The awards will be highly transparent as the nominees and eventual winners will be picked by members of the public without any interference by the organizers.
